From applying to playing
Opendex is a curated open-deck collective in Ghent. The calendar lists nights you can join — as a DJ, a supporter, or both over time. Create a profile, apply when a call opens, and build your story with us.
Welcome and profile
Create an account and set up your profile — claim your DJ name if we already know you, or introduce yourself as a new artist. Add your style, mixes, and links so you’re ready for the next call. Want to join as a supporter? You can do that too.

Explore the calendar and join nights that fit you. When registration is open, send your application in a few minutes — we only ask what helps us programme a strong line-up.
Browse events →Jury and selection
A peer jury reviews applications. You’ll hear from us either way — selected DJs get a clear offer; everyone else gets a straight answer. Some events also hold a waitlist.
Confirm your booking
If you’re selected, you’ll confirm the practical details in your dashboard (ID, payment info, and the usual arts-sector paperwork). We’ll walk you through it step by step.
Play
Show up on time, bring your sound, and enjoy the night — including room for spontaneous moments on the floor. Afterward, your set can live on your profile and in the event archive when hosts publish recordings.

Your appearances stay on your Opendex profile so people can find you and hear what you’ve done with us.
